The AGC Workforce Foundation strengthens the future of construction by connecting students, educators, and industry leaders. We are a resource, a connector, and an advocate — building pathways that inspire, prepare, and support the next generation of the construction workforce.
What We Do
Career Education: We educate counselors, teachers, and students about the wide range of career opportunities available in the construction industry.
Industry Partnerships: We work hand-in-hand with contractors and companies to build stronger, more sustainable workforce pipelines.
Program Support: We raise funds to help schools purchase materials, tools, and resources for their construction programs.
Student Development: We assist students with building soft skills, writing resumes, preparing for interviews, and growing their professional confidence.
Skills USA Support: We help students participate in Skills USA competitions, encouraging leadership, technical excellence, and career readiness.
Internship Program Development: While we don’t offer direct internships, we guide contractors in creating impactful internship programs that bridge education and real-world experience.
