Building Southern Nevada’s Future

The 1% Workforce Pledge is a voluntary commitment by Nevada Contractors Association members to help build a stronger local workforce. Participating companies pledge to hire, train, or provide meaningful hands on learning opportunities to local high school students each year, equal to at least 1% of their workforce. Together, we are creating clearer pathways into construction while developing the skilled workforce our industry needs for the future.
